Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we offer international shipping services Whatever your needs we give our customers what they want by offering a range of delivery options.
We currently ship to: Uk ,France ,Italy ,Germany,Australia, Canada, USA,Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland and Caneroon
Packages outside of the uk are shipped via DHL or Parcelforce and will be delivered by a local carrier.

Shipping costs for orders travelling outside of the Uk vary depending on where your order is being shipped. To determine the shipping cost, simply add an item to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Upon entering your shipping address, the calculated shipping rate will be displayed.
Dhl Service 24 and 48 offers a cost effective service which can allow delivery. For urgent items Special Delivery Guaranteed Royal MAIL provides a guaranteed next-day service by 09:00 or 13:00 to 99% of the UK ,and consequential loss. Items can be tracked online and you will receive a signature on delivery.

ALL our Dresses are custom made so ALL Sizes can be made with the measurements you will provide .

What is your return policy?
CUSTOM ORDERS Are not Refundable or Exchangeable as the garment will be made to your specification.

Can I cancel my order?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in a saleable condition within 7 days from the date the order was received with your proof of purchase (receipt), for a refund or an exchange. Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us and refunds/exchanges cannot be processed or issued until the goods have been returned and received by Miss Boss Fashion Customs charges that are incurred by Miss Boss Fashion for returns sent from outside the uk are not the responsibility of Miss Boss Fashion and the cost of any customs charges for such returns are to be covered in full by the customer returning the unsuitable garment(s). If you refuse a shipment from Us you are responsible for the original postage charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package & the cost of returning the package to Miss Boss Fashion Any fees and charges incurred by Miss Boss Fashion due to a package being refused will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Postage costs for the return of unsuitable garments are not the responsibility of Miss Boss Fashion and the cost of postage for such returns are to be covered in full by the customer returning the unsuitable garment(s).
postage and Packaging cost will not be refunded on any returned items .

How do I track my order?

How long will it take until I receive my order?
For custum made order ONLY please allow 14 days for producing and shipping
During the sales and bank holiday periods ,some orders may take slightly longer to process.
Please allow max 5 working days for parcels to be delivered within the UK, and max 10 working days internationally (subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability). Some countries can experience delays dependant on their individual customs regulations. In such cases the relevent customs office should contact you directly. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change due to external factors. It may take up to 25 working days for you to receive your order.
